Community Supported Breathwork Experience

After Breathwork, a mini Sound Journey will softly bring you back into your body and the physical space we will be in.
Breathwork helps to release and move stuck emotions, which will allow us to share deeply and vulnerably with each other from our hearts.
This is not therapy or a support group. This is loving, safe, and sacred community healing.
