Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return or exchange any item that arrives broken, defective, or damaged.

• To be eligible, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos clearly showing the damage or defect.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact us at nikke@collectiverevolutionhealing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and photos showing the damage or defect.

3. Once approved, we will send you further instructions for the return or exchange.

Important Notes:

• We cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects upon arrival.

• All sales are final once the product has been delivered in good condition.
