Oh, magickal mugwort! This is one of my most beloved herbal allies. She is good for soothing muscle spasms of all kinds, but especially those of the menstrual cramp variety. She is an ally to supporting sleep and dreamwork, including better dream recall. Slather this divine elixir all over before bed and enjoy wherever your dreams may take you.
Mugwort stimulates circulation, digestion, and menses while simultaneously easing muscle cramping and stagnation. So, mugwort stimulates movement and flow in the body, which eases tension and stagnation — and this allows for overall greater relaxation!
To Use: Apply externally where you need relief, as needed. Rub until the skin absorbs the salve.
